Some benefits are better than none at all.
Cons
Low pay, no in house management, manager has no power to change anything or have any answer, always has to ask someone else, doesn't have power to make a decision, they don't follow their own policy and procedures regarding the 5 fixed holidays they have or pay for time for continuing education, when that is brought up it is ignored and no recourse is given, allows unprofessional behavior to escalate.
