Working with the community is great, you can really make a change
Cons
Everything else, supervisors who favor, micromanaging supervisors who try to treat you as a child instead of a co-worker, HR who sides with "friends" instead of listening when a claim is put in regarding harassment, low wages with no benefits, i would not recommend this job to my worst enemy. Would give -5 stars if I could.
