good product, niche market, somewhat innovative for what its trying to accomplish

leadership was in tel aviv, while most business coming through US. they cleaned house. it was just a revolving door for too long with too many leaders. never became stable enough to succeed. plus there were just a lot of wrong people who were hired. also, its a saturated market, not easy to break into and get the name out there
