      Pros

      Fleetcor is great I loved working and the people are great and you can make a lot of money. it was hard to leave but I won't hesitate in coming back depending on my new job goes. I was there 3 years and got a lot recognition and won a President's club and won a Trip. FleetCor you are great.

      Cons

      My commute was tough 60 miles round trip five days a week for 3years and Atlanta Traffic is tough and dangerous. Stock options need to offered to people with at least 2- 3 yrs of service this will ensure more stability with employees.

      Pros

      The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

      Cons

      Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
