Pros

Execellent training and induction. Support from managers. Good benefits.

Cons

Data was inaccurate, not up-to-date, and there was not enough. Teams changed often for some reason, meaning it was difficult to feel settled. High staff turnover. Commission structure changed far too often, and was far too confusing. It was also difficult to earn consistently, as targets did not reflect the quality of the data. Some KPIs were not consistent with making actual sales, and seemed to make us 'look busy' without generating sales for the business. No clear path for career progression.

We are extremely proud of the range of benefits we provide and pleased that you found these to be good. We care very deeply for what our current and ex-employees say and we will look into your comments around team members changing. We do actively promote from within and sales people do tend to move sales channels, I can understand that this can be unsettling. The data quality is a focus and is part of the Sales Transformation programme, we are pleased with the progress we have made and will continue to make in this area.

Potential to get stock, management is accommodating

Things including pay are always changing, youre slowly being required to do more while getting paid less
