Pros

There is absolutely nothing. Any new candidates looking to join and looking for reviews, if you have a job and just looking to switch for any reasons find a better company. This is company is sketchy, not transparent and will not care about anyone’s time, knowledge and efforts.

Cons

Beware of Corpay's Deceptive Hiring Process I recently experienced Corpay's hiring process firsthand, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. Despite initially advertising the position as hybrid, with one day in-office and the rest remote, the reality painted a different picture altogether. The interview process itself consisted of three rounds, involving discussions with the hiring manager and the director. However, the miscommunication and lack of transparency became evident when the offer letter contradicted what was discussed during the interviews and in initial correspondence with HR. While I was under the impression that the role would indeed be hybrid, the offer letter stated otherwise, labeling it as an entirely on-site position. This stark contrast left me feeling deceived and unsure about the company's integrity. Adding to the frustration was the unavailability and delayed responses from the HR department. Despite my attempts to seek clarification and transparency, communication remained sporadic and ineffective. Even when I emphasized the importance of clarity in the offer letter, the HR representative failed to deliver on promises made during our conversations. Ultimately, after several attempts to rectify the situation and negotiate for either a higher salary or confirmation of the hybrid nature of the role, the offer was rescinded without further explanation. This abrupt decision left me feeling disillusioned and questioning Corpay's professionalism and ethics. In conclusion, my experience with Corpay's hiring process serves as a cautionary tale for prospective candidates. Beware of the discrepancies between what is promised during interviews and what is reflected in the offer letter. Transparency and honesty should be paramount in any organization's recruitment efforts, qualities that were sorely lacking in my dealings with Corpay.
