Pleasant staff and management Won't find nicer management anywhere, friendly and supportive Good atmosphere Good hours and plenty of optional overtime if you want it Very inclusive company with high standards and morals
Cons
Only con is lack of staff, but that's not down to the company, pay is above average, working conditions are good. Just a lack of people willing to work.
