Pros
Working here has been a breath of fresh air, all the managers are personable and there is a lot of commitment to the quality of work we do. This has made for a positive environment for all employees.
Cons
The communication platforms could be better. I know that Slack was used for a while, which in my opinion, was better than the current system.
