People get fired constantly, and for things like taking the wrong yogurt from the fridge. The "rank and file" are full of cliques -- people are sometimes friendly, but everyone is so worried about getting fired that it is tough to relax. The father/son who own/run the place are reactive (vs. proactive) and some of the senior staff members are just simply mean. Very, very strict in terms of when you take your lunch, no access to your phone or personal email during the day; no personal phone calls allowed.
