Good work-life balance, great people, clients not bad

Benefits could be better, Office can be quiet at times (isnt necessarily a con)

- Interesting Projects - branding, animation, emails, websites, large scale print - Fair to Great pay based on time, experience, attitude and ambition - Encouraged to learn new software - Paid overtime - Health Benefits - Caring CEO - Out of office events - Genuinely great staff

- Understaffed (in my opinion) : this leads to a shaky onboarding experience, too much context switching/multitasking (leads to mistakes), and designers completing administrative tasks / admin completing designs - Lack of transparency: I used to not consider this while looking for a job, but not knowing what the company profit/budget is leads to a lot of misunderstanding between staff and management in things like budget / cost / time and no "big picture" thinking. I think it also leads to apathy among staff & a generally neutral to negative outlook towards work and projects
