Pros
Professional product knowledge and the hours of operation are desirable. I would like to say it's continuing education, but our District was lacking in opportunities to advance in any continuing education.
Cons
The District Manager is unfair and biased to her favorite stores. The DM also singled out employees she didn't like and tried to bully or push them out the door to advance in her own special interests or motives.
