Feeling pround to be a member of a company that has inherently respect to values such as meritocracy and transparency, that also has vision and invests in innovative technology and continuous improvement of its personnel. This kind of company motivates me and is the ideal place to ufold leadership skills, strategic thinking and practice project management in challenging times.
Cons
The lack of a clear vision and most importantly the absence of values such meritocracy and work & business ethics applied to both company customers and employees is what demotivates me and i consider them as great downsides.
