We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing high levels of stress; whilst we do appreciate that the client-facing nature of our work can be demanding and require periods of longer working hours, this should not experienced all of the time. Experiencing troughs is really important. We also take many proactive measures to support colleagues and ensure projects are planned in sustainably.
For this reason, I would encourage you to reach out to your line manager, the People Team or your dedicated People Partner to discuss your experiences further.
