Flexible and accommodating. Good length of shifts. Family like feel. Approachable staff. Understandable of other commitments. Enjoyable working environment. Great staff events.

Inconsistency of hours Lack of respect from customers No variation of shifts (eg only ever just morning or just nights not both) Tipping scheme for bartenders (unequal)

A great supportive team full of open minded people. Online training was provided that didn't feel over the top for a waiting role (as some company's training programmes do!). Free meal and drink provided during break from the staff menu (this didnt include everything on the main menu but there was a good amount of options for vegetarian etc)

It can be a pretty stressful and very fast paced environment, specifically if the site location is a city centre etc.
