Pros
The current management team is great to work for and with. They understand that people need to balance work and life. They expect you to work hard while on the clock but understand that life happens and things come up. The atmosphere is laid back and a fun place to work. 2 years ago that could not be said due to a constant change in leadership, which has since been corrected and is stable and being led by trustworthy directors.
Cons
Promotions are few and far between. Lately a lot of temporary employees are being hired instead of permanent employees. While a job is a job, it would be nice to see people hired on permanently.
