Pros
The pay is good. That's about all I can say. I can pay my bills.
Cons
Worst communicating company I've ever worked for. Poorest employee training I've seen. Many employees have no concept of cooperation and teamwork. Nothing is communicated and then they treat you like an idiot for not knowing something that nobody bothered to communicate to you. They expect you to be tethered to the company by mobile phone 24/7. I don't really want to hear my manager's voice at 12am. I don't. Processes are broken. Period. There are too many points of failure in SDLC at CoreLogic. Too much manual intervention is needed to get anything done. You've got people standing at virtual conveyor belts waiting for assignments to come down the line. And yet, to get anything accomplished, you still have to send an email telling someone to do something. You find yourself wondering all the time, "Is anyone working in that department?" Managers are often incompetent. One manager in particular at this location is simply dead weight. He possesses no qualifications to work in a technology company and possesses no managerial skills. He never communicates critical information to employees in his department and has systematically and deliberately shipped local jobs offshore.
