Pros
You might get lucky and have a nice manager Some other employees are kind
Cons
No work from home option, they won't even consider it Employees are never a priority They say they take feedback but nothing is ever done with it People are jumping ship at Corelogic, it's sinking fast They are completely stuck in old ways, constantly a decade behind all trends Open office environment means everything is loud and hard to focus Senior leadership really doesn't care about employees, at all You will be underpaid compared to similar roles at other companies Commonly will skip pay raises due to "tough years" but then spend massive amounts of money on other things Management doesn't really understand what anyone does so they make ridiculous requests that don't make any sense
