Pros

Benefits are excellent and office location is amazing.

Cons

This company has changed from when they used to be in Santa Ana. Employees used to be appreciated and rewarded. They stopped having family picnics and Christmas parties. Middle management do not know how things work in their departments so employees can't go to them for any help. Thus basically tell us to figure it out with no training. They talk down to employees and belittles them. I have seen this happen in my dept and also the accounting and finance department when I walked through there for a meeting. I was appalled that managers were behaving this way. You don't get paid for what you are with there. It's not an healthy place to work. The morale is low and they don't do anything. I am currently looking for another Product Management Position elsewhere.

Pros

The interview process was well-structured and I was able to have a good sense of the team culture. I spoke with people across research, product, engineering, and design leadership, and each conversation felt intentional rather than repetitive. Another thing that stood out was the onboarding experience, even after accepting the offer. Every step felt smooth - they were responsive, proactive, and thorough in a way that seems pretty rare nowadays. Anytime something came up that needed attention, they were already on it - I really appreciated that

Cons

The interview process has multiple stages and felt longer than other ones. Other than that, none I can think of currently

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
