Overall, I found the role to be more challenging than I had expected. While there were aspects of the job I enjoyed, I personally felt that the training provided wasn't sufficient to help me feel fully confident in the role, particularly during the early stages.
The workload could be demanding at times, and I would have appreciated more guidance and support to help manage this. From my experience, there were occasions where I felt communication and support from management could have been stronger, especially when dealing with busy periods.
I also felt that my efforts weren't always recognised, which left me feeling undervalued at times. I believe that additional training, ongoing support, and a greater focus on employee well-being would help improve the overall experience for new starters.
