Pros
Owners were truly good people and care. They emphasized quality of care first, though not all employees followed.
Cons
Sometimes senior management was led astray by new “hot shot” employees who were not really all they claimed to be. New leadership a few years ago tried to bring a more “corporate” structure and it ended up actually wasting time and resource. The original style was better.
