Pros

Where to begin? Pay was great Benefits were amazing Hours were reasonable and flexible Potential for promotion is there but somewhat nepotistic *SOME* of the coworkers were great people Paid for your lunch Bonus every year + evaluation with potential raise Working here will get your name out in the logistics world in a heartbeat. (Was fired and hired elsewhere two days later)

Cons

Extremely ineffective at training and preparing employees. Effectively dropped people in with little to not guidance and then got mad when you made mistakes. The quote "no such thing as a stupid question" was absolutely lost to these guys. God forbid you needed help or didn't understand something. It was like asking a child how many teeth they wanted pulled. Speaking of children, a third of the office including several supervisors had a high school esque clique that would act like absolute brats. Extremely stressful and uncooperative. They would never listen to requests or suggestions. Complete disregard for proper etiquette. Get ready to get called stupid daily. Poor resolution of greivances. Slurs and harrassment infest that company and dont expect the management team to mediate it properly. There's no human resources. There's no sense of comradity. They will renege on every promise they make and dont expect your bonus until halfway through the year. It's the time they look to fire as many people as possible or get them to quit before they give out the bonuses.
