Pros
One of the best reasons that I had in working at Course Hero is that I am able to utilize what I have learned in school, especially the knowledge that I have gained in college and also the part where the student really appreciate us, through helpful ratings, because we know that our efforts eventually made them understand a topic they are having difficulty on.
Cons
I do not know if this is a downside but the one that I have noticed here on Course Hero is only time. There are sometimes no available questions for us to help them or it takes a long time before a question pops up which becomes time-consuming on our part but knowing the circumstances, it is quite understandable.
