      Teachers and other staff are fabulous to work with. Hours are decent, benefits are available.

      Cons

      Management is unsupportive, sometimes hysterical, exaggerated and sometimes unprofessional. Favoritism is evident. Lack of trust between other employees and management. Hostile work environment.
