Don't have many Cons regarding the Firm.

When I worked at Coury, there was always a good selection of beverages available to employees in the kitchen. Birthday cakes were always delicious too. Aside from these factors, I can't think of any other pros.

Working at Coury was a very unpleasant experience. The work environment was very degrading. In fact, I dreaded going to work everyday. Senior management spoke to employees in very unkind ways, often times you could hear them calling employees idiots or even worse names. Additionally, some individuals that worked at this organization made me feel very uncomfortable in the sense that they would watch you whenever you would exit a room or when you would bend over. I always felt like an "object" that they felt they were entitled to look at and treat however they wanted. Aside from having an unpleasant working experience at Coury, they would make clients wait sometimes for more than an hour for an appointment even though there were no other clients in the office at the time. I always felt that this showed a great deal of disrespect for the clients that were paying to keep the organization afloat. The pay was well below what should have been paid given the amount of hours that you were expected to put in on a daily basis.
