- Declining skills in senior management - Recent reduction in benefits: stopped providing food (meals, drinks, snacks), removal of coffee machines on all floors, removal of extra breaks (Wellness time), - Lack of flexibility (shift, planning days off), even when it can benefit to both company and employee. - Lack of recognition: reward sytem is biased, not well targeted and not impactful. - Softwares and working tools are not performant (result of poor decisions by management)
