      Offers a lot of position and might be easier if you are looking specifically for a title to stick here as much as possible

      Cons

      Non-competitive salary. Sometimes, as most outsourcing companies, it feels like to be a second citizen even when everything you do is based on the main company. The saddest part is that Covalen seems to not fight much for us as employers, but just to make sure they please the client. Which results in a high turnover

      Pros

      From my experience this company has a welcoming and professional environment with opportunity to develop and learn. Overall I had a really positive experience from the start of the recruitment process until the day I left, would highly recommend working with Covalen.
