Great kids who love Jesus and love to learn

Not much. Low pay but the job is a ministry.

Some teachers/staff are nice and knowledgeable.

Since it opened there have been two different employees that have turned out to be child molesters. And many of the teachers they have hired don't know what they are doing. They have obviously had a hard time screening people before they hire them. But worst of all, even for the best teachers and the most hard working employees, they are all without question completely overloaded. They use their employees to the max but do not give them proper compensation. I know a few other former employees who would say the same. I was never more miserable than I was here. They couldn't pay me enough to step foot in there again. Many of the employees are great wonderful people, but the administration doesn't care as much about them as they should.
