Business outlook
Pros
The management team was fairly well put together, they had clear roles and for the most part did their job well. The GM was strict on execution of service but this resulted in a restraint that ran smoother than others I’ve worked at. I made very good money here due to consistent business and tip percentage.
Cons
As it is with nearly every restaurant there were occasionally inconsistencies. Additionally the management could be a bit overly intense at times.
