Pros

They talk about wanting efficiency and growing the business. They also claim to want to build and train their employees internally. Good insurance benefits and paid time off.

Cons

They use and move employees within departments and titles to avoid giving raises. They told me they wanted to move me from reception to accounting and would train me internally, until they decided to fire me and bring in someone with an accounting degree already. When they let me go, they told me they wouldn't contest unemployment because they didn't have a reason to be letting me go. There are unprofessional relationships, blatant favoritism and questionable ethics within the management.

Pros

Working with the Public Health Officer was a blessing. Dr. Cuevas was an amazing leader and cared about creating a work-life balance. The other epidemiologist team members were very supportive and we were able to complete thousands of case investigations, mitigate the spread at long term care facilities, and summer education centers.

Cons

The location will wear you down if you are african american or identify as Black. You will feel like an outcast, as there were not many of us working at the office or in the town,

Pros

Its a paycheck at least.

Cons

They expect perfection and the ability to read their minds. Micro management is rampant. Run by a husband and wife team who have no work life balance. No established training even after 45 years in business. Worst management I have ever worked for.
