The company has very strong core values and attracts the best of the best to its ranks. It is rare to see people leave once they have broken in. CEI cares deeply about its people, their growth and their success. The company is huge into conservation, sustainability and the environment. There is a very positive and inclusive culture across all teams.
Cons
Very compettitive and hard to break into. May be hard to move around if you aren't sure exactly what you want to do and are an expert in that area since the talent is top tier and not a lot of people leave.
