      Pros

      Hands down...the people. There are fantastic people who work at Adify. From talented engineers, to creative designers, all the way to customer driven account managers. This place is buzzing with bright, young talent. Free drinks is a plus. Free lunch on Friday is nice. Cheap snacks is a perk.

      Cons

      There isn't much of a focus on employee development. Growth and opportunity is often difficult to realize. Management doesn't focus on this and there isn't any efforts by HR to help facilitate it.

      Recent leadership changes have shifted the culture, and decision-making increasingly favors established insiders over the best ideas. Aging systems and infrastructure can lag behind, leaving limited appetite for innovation and modernization.
