Pros
There is never a boring day at Coyote, there's always something new in the pipeline to work on. There is certainly room to progress and learn. There's a lovely social environment and the more senior members of the team are always happy to help.
Cons
There's a lot of deadlines to achieve, however the pressure is not heavy and management are willing to work with the team to make work load as flexible and possible
