They don’t care about plate presentation. They don’t care about correctly training. They don’t care about employees. They lose employees left and right.. they hire employees that they don’t have hours for. There’s ZERO communication Don’t bother going to management with concerns because they won’t do anything about it. Prepare to be made guilty for calling out even if it’s a legitimate emergency that you have documentation for Prepare to have managers and shift leaders and ETCs talking bad about employees to other employees. Don’t forget about the managers smoking weed ON PROPERTY.
