Toxic dynamics and poor treatment from senior employees.
I experienced what I felt was bullying and often felt singled out by senior employees. Favouritism and the public embarrassment of employees by people in positions of power were not uncommon, and it was apparent who the favourites were. Turnover was high, and if unrealistic targets weren’t met consistently, job security became a concern. There was heavy micromanagement and limited opportunities for growth. At one point, I was even told to "look for something else." It's a shame, because I genuinely enjoyed working with my immediate team, but the long hours and high-pressure environment made the experience unsustainable.
