Pros

There was lots of business at the Reston location, so even the slow days still left the working staff with a decent tipout. The team works together which battles a lot of typical stereotypes of negativity and "every role for themselves" that can be found in the industry. There are knowledgable staff for the FOH, so there is plenty to learn in regards to beer recommendations and the local brewery scene. Also, weekends can get quite busy!

Cons

They are definitely looking for people who already have experience working in bars, as evidenced by the demand of the schedule as well as the very loose, unregulated training period.
