- flexibility - fast decisiveness - atmosphere (though it's more difficult to keep it after covid19 where most of people work from home) - people you can rely on - good benefits - best place to develop yourself
Cons
- internal processes could be better (but it's going in good direction) - lack of managerial skills among some leaders/managers
