Crane Electronics is like many companies... the benefits are OK, they have a great policy that allows you to work a 9/80 schedule which means you should not work every other Friday (unless your workload requires it). There are may people that have been there for 20+ years which proves that it can be a place to work long term.
Cons
The reason may people have been there for so long is that the technology being used is aging and they have not developed skills and knowledge that would allow them to move into positions elsewhere. The company has been in a time bubble for many years. They appears to be unwilling to invest in training to grow their employees. The wages are below the mean and the process to get raises makes it difficult to reward more than just a few. The management team appears to range ranges from very good to poor and support to employees reflects the managers clout in the organization. The hiring process can be full of a great deal of selling, so do your research and ask a good deal of questions.

Cons
definitely the pay, the man who runs the operation, rarely any raises, management thinks they are better than anyone else who works there
