Lots of room for growth, especially if you're joining as a teacher. A lot of effort is put into continued development. Constant feedback on performance. Great community of educators. A good amount of social events for a remote work environment.

Pay--granted, it's fair if you live outside of the US.

The two years I worked there, my pay was late on an average of 5 times a year. It increased when they brought on the new accountant. When I would message her and the CEO about it, my messages were always ignored. I only ever heard back when I went through my mentor teacher or the Head Teacher. I always upheld my end of the agreement by turning in my pay sheet on time, but they never upheld their end by making sure I received my money. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. If this money is just extra pocket cash, then maybe the inconsistency won't be a big deal, but if you're relying on these checks to pay your bills, be prepared for having to pay late fees on a monthly basis.
