Pros

It's remote so no need to meet these awful people.

Cons

I regret to say that my experience working at Creadits has been nothing short of a nightmare. There are numerous glaring issues that have made my time here unbearable. 1. Weak and Disorganized Management: The management is not only weak but also disorganized. It's evident that there is a lack of clear direction and leadership, leaving employees feeling lost and frustrated. This leads to confusion about company goals and constant changes in direction, as mentioned by some employees in their Glassdoor reviews. 2. Fearful of Losing Your Job on the Daily: The constant fear of job insecurity looms over employees. There is no job stability, unless you are related to management, and this fear takes a toll on employee morale and mental health. The lack of job security is a significant concern that has not been adequately addressed. 3. Micromanagement: The level of micromanagement is suffocating. Employees are subjected to relentless scrutiny and unreasonable demands. This not only impedes productivity but also creates a hostile work environment where employees feel undervalued and disrespected. 4. No Guidance: The absence of proper guidance and mentorship is a recurring issue. It's clear that there is a lack of support and mentorship opportunities, making it difficult for employees to grow and excel in their roles. 5. No HR Department: Shockingly lacks a dedicated HR department. This absence leaves employees without a proper channel to address their concerns, leading to a sense of helplessness and frustration. 6. High Employee Turnover: The turnover rate is alarmingly high. This instability is a testament to the toxic work environment and management issues that plague the company. High turnover also affects the morale of the remaining employees. 7. Favoritism: Favoritism runs rampant, creating an unfair and demoralizing atmosphere. It's disheartening to see that promotions and opportunities are often based on personal connections rather than merit. 8. Mediocre Pay: Failing to adequately compensate them for their hard work and dedication. 9. Ever-changing Company Direction: The constant changes in company direction make it challenging for employees to align themselves with a clear vision, causing confusion and frustration. 10. Lack of Job Security: Job security is virtually nonexistent, leaving employees in a perpetual state of fear and uncertainty about their future with the company. 11. Poor HR Management: The absence of a dedicated HR department leads to poor management of employee issues and concerns, exacerbating the overall work environment's problems. 12. Forced Positive Reviews: Creadits resorts to forcing current employees to write positive reviews to counterbalance the negative ones on platforms like Glassdoor, which raises serious ethical questions about the authenticity of their reviews. I joined with the hope of a fulfilling career, but it has been nothing short of a disappointment. The numerous cons outlined here are indicative of deep-rooted issues that have yet to be addressed, and they make this company a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a fulfilling and respectful workplace.

Pros

If you are after being challenged daily, and get rewarded as well, you have to consider working at Creadits. Management teaches the way of the shark and I think as a sales leader in the United States territory, it is the more appropriate mindset and culture. I love how i am able to be always on my feet and always hunting. It fortified my working habit as a leader and as an individual contributor.

Cons

Nothing much i can say as cons, other than the same pressure that kept me on my feet and kept me productive and creative, it can also break one if approached differently.

Pros

Work from home, made some good friends for several different nationalities and cultures. Middle managers were good people.

Cons

Egregious Nepotism. Senior Management "restructured" nearly every 4-6 months. Extremely high employee turnover due to spontaneous layoffs or peers leaving due to burnout. No upward mobility, just role shuffles with minimal, if any, adjusted pay. 2+ years there and incentive package was continuously nerfed with each role change. Ultimately, doesn't understand their product or their client's goals. Constantly trying to upsell beyond their capabilities, setting employees up for failure.
