Most people are fun to work with Management cares about you as a person and checks in on how you are doing truthfully Laid-back job that's pretty fun Possibility to advance if shown effort If you talk about scheduling needs, they will accomodate you just have to communicate clearly
Cons
-Not much room for advancement, but this is communicated clearly -Will likely be put on 11 hour shifts, which isn't bad but draining
