Pros
Createfuture is a high growth, exciting company where people who want to get stuck in can excel with excellent clients across major industries, working alongside an incredible talent pool that's up there with the best in the business. The company punches above its weight with high growth and opportunities to really solve some hard problems. Given the general malaise in the agency/consulting industry with constant doom and gloom, downsizing and redundancies, it is bucking the trends and doing something different that clients are clearly wanting, especially with the growth of AI. It's one of the only places that actually puts meat on the bones when it comes to adoption internally and externally with clients, versus what is said in the marketing presentation.
Cons
Not really a con, but if you're looking for a stable, low change, slow-paced consulting business it's not the place for you. But then those are the businesses are the ones Createfuture has the potential to completely displace in future - by being adaptive to the market and reinventing itself rapidly, it is actually protecting the workforce for the longer term and delivering them new opportunities for growth, something I've not seen in other consultancies who double down on what worked years ago and are surprised when it doesn't work
