      Pros

      Some of the people I worked with were lovely.

      One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. No formal training whatsoever, throw you in the deep end with a “you’ll figure it out” attitude. Very toxic work environment, and extremely “cliquey”. On top of this, a couple of colleagues and I experienced behaviour from another employee that was inappropriate and extremely uncomfortable (I will not go into detail). When concerns were raised, I felt they had not been taken seriously and did not appear to have been handled impartially, especially given this persons status within the company. It gave me the impression that he was being protected whilst we were left in the dark. Was dismissed a few weeks after the inappropriate behaviour was reported, and I was given a different explanation in person than what was documented later which further confused me regarding the actual reason for my dismissal. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Any concerns raised about inappropriate behaviour are investigated thoroughly and impartially, regardless of role or seniority, and appropriate action is taken where concerns are upheld. Due to confidentiality, outcomes cannot be shared publicly or with those not directly involved, which can sometimes lead to the perception that no action was taken. Employment decisions are made based on role expectations and performance and are communicated at the time. We do not dismiss individuals for raising concerns, nor do we give preferential treatment based on position or earning power. While we understand that experiences and perceptions can differ, we remain committed to maintaining a professional, fair, and respectful working environment.       I would not recommend working at CreatePay based on my experience. One of the biggest issues I encountered was the lack of proper training and support for new staff. Expectations were often unclear, and employees were expected to perform tasks without receiving adequate guidance or preparation. This created unnecessary stress and made it difficult for new team members to succeed, for the amount of base pay you get it is not worth it the commission structure is not guaranteed. There also appeared to be clear favouritism within the company. Certain employees seemed to receive preferential treatment, while others were held to different standards. This created an unfair working environment and had a negative impact on team morale. The workplace culture often felt tense and unpredictable, leaving employees feeling constantly on edge. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, and many staff members felt uncomfortable raising concerns or providing honest feedback. Accountability was another major issue. In my experience, Lead Creators were frequently blamed when problems occurred, even when the root cause was outside of their control. Rather than addressing the actual source of issues, responsibility was often pushed onto the same individuals repeatedly. I was also disappointed by the company’s apparent lack of concern for employee wellbeing. Mental health, work-life balance, and general staff welfare did not seem to be priorities, despite the pressures placed on employees. Overall, this was one of the most negative work experiences I have had. The combination of poor training, favouritism, lack of support, and a culture of misplaced blame made it a difficult environment to work in. I would not choose to work here again and would not recommend it to others considering employment with the company.
