Pros
This is truly a people company. In almost every internal survey, when people are asked what they like most, the answer is always the same: people. And it is not just a words. The company does not hire only for skills or role fit. They also look carefully at how someone will fit into the team and the culture. You feel that in everyday work and in how colleagues interact with each other. Another big advantage is that you will not get bored here. If someone feels bored, they are probably in the wrong role or doing the wrong things. The company constantly moves forward. Processes evolve, approaches to work change, and the overall vision keeps developing. Because of that, you grow a lot and rarely feel like you are standing still.
Cons
Since the company operates globally, you sometimes receive messages or requests outside your working hours. The official stance is clear: you are not expected to respond unless it is something critical. Still, time zones occasionally create extra noise. In my specific role, there are also quite a few meetings where alignment and discussions are needed.
