Pros

Great learning experience, you will learn a lot in this industry especially if you have no sales experience.

Cons

Oh man where can I start. This company taught me a lot in the MCA space. Terrible work environment you are working like a dog on a leach to build your managers pipeline. They love to use people in there and do not care if people leave for there own reasons. You are stuck at the fix commission split of 25% and 15% off of fees which is ridiculous. The managers there are greedy to give you more splits no matter how many deals you have funded for them. The Boss is a cool dude but he has his temper tantrums for no reason throughout the week, screaming at people for no reason. Claims he buys expensive data when its 90% people that have retired, or do not own a business. You are a passive income for your team lead and 2 other managers in there. Out of 140 people that have cycled in there only like 6 have grown to became managers which is sad, they hired like 4 managers outside which was obscured. I remember one time the boss encouraged people to quit which is sad that's not how a business should be run. Oh yea you also get mean looks for going out to eat lunch and get yelled at for sitting down for 5 mins. Terrible environment to be in. Biggest regret is not leaving sooner. As soon as I left I got hate messages texted to me from random numbers. This should say a lot with how the culture is here.

Sorry to hear about your experience working with us back in 2023. Some might say we cultivate a "boiler room" style of in-office culture, built around intensity and activity. For many this type of high pressure environment can be too much, but for others, it's exactly what they've been missing. That said, a lot has changed since you worked with us, and we've learned quite a bit along the way. We now have new leadership, more aggressive pay plans for our advisors, increased data budgets, better training resources, remote work opportunities, faster leadership tracks and more.

Pros

No micromanagement. The leadership has been around long enough to understand that this business is sink or swim. They give you all the support you ask for without breathing down your neck. Need help pitching? Your team lead is on the phone with you in 5 minutes. Your deal is stuck in processing? The back office makes magic happen and pushes it through the finish line. Overall, fantastic place to work as an advisor, an engineer, or a leader. And more importantly, a great beacon of hope in an industry that is plagued by bad actors.

Cons

If you're someone who needs to be handheld/babysat you're not going to make it. They require you to learn quickly, jump in with clients before you're comfortable, and get great via trial by fire.

Pros

Soon after I had applied for the job, I received an email from the HR Manager ( Rachel), This was one of the first companies I had come across which goes through applications as swiftly as they did otherwise I would usually have to wait for month to get a response from any company and corporation which was the first green flag for me. when I came in for the interview the CEO had taken it himself (Bruno) after which he told me to look around and see how the office works. Originally I had 2 more interviews that same day but after talking to the other employees, seeing how collaborative and helpful they are and how much of a pleasant environment there was, I had decided to let the other two companies know I will not be coming in for the interviews. After working in other companies and seeing an obvious toxic culture of greed, creative capital changed my perspective on how managers and senior management are to new entry employees, here I was trained thoroughly right off the bat, my manager Nick Falcone and other senior employees such as Vincent, Jude and Mike had constantly checked up on me during my initial starting weeks to make sure I was not lost and all my questions were answered. It is definitely a place I would recommend for anyone starting their career in this field since it is an ideal environment to hone and grow your skills
