Soon after I had applied for the job, I received an email from the HR Manager ( Rachel), This was one of the first companies I had come across which goes through applications as swiftly as they did otherwise I would usually have to wait for month to get a response from any company and corporation which was the first green flag for me.
when I came in for the interview the CEO had taken it himself (Bruno) after which he told me to look around and see how the office works. Originally I had 2 more interviews that same day but after talking to the other employees, seeing how collaborative and helpful they are and how much of a pleasant environment there was, I had decided to let the other two companies know I will not be coming in for the interviews.
After working in other companies and seeing an obvious toxic culture of greed, creative capital changed my perspective on how managers and senior management are to new entry employees, here I was trained thoroughly right off the bat, my manager Nick Falcone and other senior employees such as Vincent, Jude and Mike had constantly checked up on me during my initial starting weeks to make sure I was not lost and all my questions were answered. It is definitely a place I would recommend for anyone starting their career in this field since it is an ideal environment to hone and grow your skills
