      Every second Friday off. 5 days study leave.

      Cons

      They haven’t updated any of the leave policies to reflect the emerging market standards. E.g parental leave is government entitlement for primary parent and 2 weeks paid for the secondary. Sick and annual are government entitlement. For a company that cares so much about its employees, it’s surprising these policies are so out of date.

      Great people to work with who are all values aligned Get to meet a variety of people as you interact with a wide range of clients

      Cons

      A dynamic role; will only fit those who are ready to muck in across the organisation portfolio. Not necessarily a con, but this role will fit a particular type of person who enjoys working across the board.
