Cons
They haven’t updated any of the leave policies to reflect the emerging market standards. E.g parental leave is government entitlement for primary parent and 2 weeks paid for the secondary. Sick and annual are government entitlement. For a company that cares so much about its employees, it’s surprising these policies are so out of date.
