Toxic culture with frequent payment issues - Anonymous employee Creative Oceanic Employee Review

My experience working with Oceanic Media in Glasgow was extremely disappointing. Staff morale was poor, communication from management was chaotic, and professionalism was lacking throughout. Payment issues were a constant source of stress, with wages frequently delayed and employees left chasing money that should have been paid on time. Management was disorganised, concerns were ignored, and there seemed to be little respect for staff. Instead of providing support and clear direction, the workplace felt uncomfortable and badly run. Leadership often came across as unprofessional, creating an unpleasant atmosphere that made the job far more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly advise anyone considering working here to do their research and think carefully before accepting a position. There are far better employers out there that value their employees and meet basic expectations such as paying staff promptly and treating them with professionalism.
