Great Company, Terrible Departmental Management - Anonymous employee Creative Planning Employee Review

As a salary employee, you are expected to work 50-60 hours a week. Not much time to use the unlimited vacation. Owner is a nice guy, but has his hands in way too many things and doesn't know his employees. Hires inexperienced people to manage the departments he doesn't understand. It makes for a lot of tension in the office
