This is why I went into this business. They get it.

There aren't any cons. Really.

We had a few fun Friday lunches and they do a week mixer type thing where you get to know the other people in the office. Lots of free time to work on other projects. Get to use your own computer to work on other projects. Lots and lots and lots of downtime. One client was fun to work with. The rest were boring.

As a freelancer they did not pay me on time. They kept making excuses that they kept forgetting to submit my PO to the office in France. I had to take them to small claims court and then one of the higher ups turned it on me and threatened to sue me in return. I had to jump through hoops and hoops to get paid for the project I was on. The CEO is a jerk and yelled at me after my contracted work hours.
