Pros
Creditas has a culture to fail fast and learning which makes things happen quickly in terms of planning and execution. Even having a startup culture, the environment is safe and the rhythm of work does not compromise my work-life balance.
Cons
Because we are growing fast and pivoting many times, it could lead to the impression that we don't have a long -term plan for some projects.
